Airpower Foundation Non-Discrimination Policy

The Airpower Foundation (APF) is a 501(C) (3) nonprofit organization. The APF is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment that is free from discrimination in the operation of all its activities. These activities include but are not limited to the selection of grant applicants, contractors, vendors, volunteers and provision of services.

The Airpower Foundation does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion or religious creed, gender, gender expression, age, ethnic or national origin, physical or mental disability, marital status, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state or local laws.

The Foundation expects all Foundation contractors, volunteers and partners to join with and uphold this commitment.
