
Robin Babb Akin Brigadier General U.S Army General Officer (Retired) and now a senior executive with over 36 years of management and leadership experience directing the activities of organizations and agencies. Extensive worldwide logistics experience leading operations of organizations ranging in size from 100 to 25,000 personnel. Senior level military and civilian experience in the areas of strategic and operational planning, petroleum, transportation (rail, truck, sea, air and movement), end-to-end distribution, supply chain, ammunition, engineering, energy, property accountability and personnel management.
After working in the Aerospace field for 3 years after retirement, Robin was selected and sworn back in the United States Army on 4 September 2017 to serve as a member of the Senior Army Executive Service. She is currently a HQ Combined Armed Center Senior Highly Expert Mentor for our US Army General Officer Leaders and their staffs. She has been a member of the AirPower Council since 2013 and a member of the AirPower Foundation Board since 2017.
